Immediate opening: Construction Project/Manager Estimator

Primary Responsibilities:

• Estimating and project management for commercial construction projects

• Scheduling, coordinating subcontractors, and materials procurement

• Creating quantity takeoffs

• Ensuring project work adheres to contract terms and conditions

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management

• Design-build experience

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Advanced knowledge of estimating software

Ideal candidate will be customer service focused and have strong communication skills. Attention to detail is important and the ability to methodically approach problem solving.
